Wyatt learned to wave this week and he knows when to use it. This morning we said bye to Aiden at school because he goes to class 15 minutes earlier than the other two and started for the little guy's classrooms. You have to make a turn down the hall to get there. I turned along with Noah and (wyatt is walking) Wyatt decided to wave and smile really big. He then preceeded to take off the other way towards the exit. When he saw that I was coming he got on all fours (it is faster for him still) and headed into the teacher's lounge and under the table as fast as he could. It is obvious that he knows mommy is going to leave him and it is also obvious that he knows how to be cute. ;) He only cries for a few seconds and by the time I have shut the door and peeked back in he has stopped crying and is playing. He really is happy there.
