I think I forgot to mention before that Wyatt is now a walker and not a crawler. Everywhere he goes he walks. I can't wait until you can see how bow-legged he is right now. Tonight he walked from the living room down the hall through our bedroom and into the master bathroom to get into the cat food bowl on the floor. I brought him back in the living room and I said I am gonna get you! and he got excited and took off down the hall only to turn and hold on to the wall to see if I was really chasing him.
Last night was a busy night. Trinity Lutheran School had their open house last night. Aiden and Noah got to see their new classrooms and meet their teachers. Noah didn't want anything to do with his classroom. He clung to daddy and wouldn't even raise his head up off daddy's shoulder. Aiden, however, loved his classroom and was very polite to his teacher. He is in a Pre-K4 class of 20! Wow...after we left Aiden's room Noah was actually walking next to us so we went back to his room. He came a few steps in the door and then backed out and stood down the hallway...Monday morning, first day of school, is not going to be fun for Noah. In the parking lot he said, "I am sad about my class, I want to stay with you." :( Poor little guy....
We went to Target and then had Coldstone Creamery ice cream.. yum yum...and then we headed home. At home we had a cake with candles and birthday noise makers. The boys sang happy birthday to mommy and we had some icing....the boys didn't eat the cake...hahaha...then we had lots of fun getting everyone to sleep...the picture was taken moments after we blew out candles...almost a perfect picture! We are so lucky that Noah was smiling!
Today we found out that Tim is going to be in Savannah Georgia next Tuesday through Friday for Army stuff. Luckily, Mama is going to be here during that time because I have a reserach seminar at OU that lasts longer than the mother's day out program for the boys...I am definitely lucky to have her help. From last August until the end of May when we moved down here, Tim lived in Lawton during the week and came home most weekends. For four months of that time he was in El Paso, TX and we only saw him a few days. It has been so nice down here because he has been home every single night. This will be the first night away since we lived in Tulsa!
We cleaned and etched 2/3's of the garage floor tonight because in the morning we are painting it with Epoxy floor paint. Soooo....that means we have to set the alarms for very early so we can get it done before 3 rugrats climb out of bed!! It always is so late when I type these!
