Famous!
Wyatt was on the front page of the Norman Transcript today! I knew he was going to be in the paper, but I had no idea it would be the front page! We went to the dr. Tuesday because he was coming down with another ear infection and the Dr. came in and asked if they could use Wyatt as a prop. The Mother's Day Out direction at McFarlin called this morning to make sure I knew he was on the front page. I thought that was sweet that she recognized him.Grandma went home yesterday after rescuing my flower bed from being cooked. The boys had lots of frogs the last few days from all of the watering. They had so much fun while she was here. I usually don't let them have frogs anymore. Why you ask? Well.....after an hour or two of playing with Aiden and Noah the frogs usually don't make it. They don't realize that frogs can't handle sliding down the slide 30 times...hahaha..
This evening we went to Audrey's again and swam. Noah seems a little bit more comfortable now that we have been been 3 or 4 times. He loved swimming last summer. Aiden was the same way. It was almost like he had forgotten from one summer to the next when he was Noah's age. This is a picture of Audrey with the three boys. They really enjoy being around her. They always talk about her and ask when we are going to see her again. She has truly been a blessing. She is the first person other than family to watch the three of them all at once. She is brave!!
These are the steps that Noah swims on. He won't venture off of them no matter if I am holding him or not. Mommy makes him try to swim so he doesn't like it. Aiden loves his goggles this year. This winter he swam at a hotel pool for a long time and his eyes were burned from the chlorine because he opened his eyes too much underwater. These goggles were a must.
Wyatt mainly sits happily in his floaty. After awhile I get him out and let him play on the steps too. He has no fear (or understanding) of falling in. He would crawl off the edge if I let him!
